Targoviste Twist

Ingredients

• 2 oz rum
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
• soda water

Directions

1. 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. 2Add the rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and Tabasco sauce and shake well.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
