Tequila Daisy
The ancestor of the margarita — tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and grenadine served over crushed ice.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. blanco tequila
- 0.5 fl oz. triple sec
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. grenadine
Directions
- 1Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and grenadine in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
