Tequila Sour
A bright and tangy cocktail made with tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. tequila blanco
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel and a few drops of bitters.
