Trinidad Sour
One of the most daring cocktails in modern mixology, using a full ounce of Angostura bitters as the base spirit, balanced with orgeat and lemon.

Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. Angostura bitters
- 1 fl oz. orgeat
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. rye whiskey
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
