Vanilla Bourbon Sour
A smooth, dessert-like twist on the classic bourbon sour with vanilla syrup adding warmth and sweetness.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. vanilla syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 4Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters and a lemon peel.
