Vodka Collins

A clean, refreshing vodka variation of the Tom Collins, with lemon juice, simple syrup, and soda water in a tall glass.

Directions

  1. 1Combine vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over ice.
  3. 3Top with soda water and stir gently.
  4. 4Garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
