Vodka Sour
A simple, balanced vodka cocktail with fresh lemon juice and simple syrup, often topped with a frothy egg white foam.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. vodka
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 4Garnish with a lemon wheel and a few drops of Angostura bitters.
