Whiskey Cobbler
A Victorian-era cooler of bourbon, sugar, and citrus over crushed ice — garnished with abundant fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh orange juice
Directions
- 1Add bourbon, simple syrup, and orange juice to a goblet.
- 2Fill with crushed ice and swizzle to combine.
- 3Top with more crushed ice.
- 4Garnish generously with seasonal fruit and a mint sprig.
