Whiskey Smash

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. bourbon
• 3 wedges fresh lemon
• 8 leaves fresh mint
• 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup

Directions

1. 1Muddle lemon wedges and mint in a shaker.
2. 2Add bourbon and simple syrup with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Garnish with mint sprig and a lemon half-wheel.
