Whiskey Sour
A whiskey sour is a mixed drink containing whiskey, lemon juice, sugar, and optionally, a dash of egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon whiskey
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 optional egg white
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2Shake without ice (dry shake) for 30 seconds.
- 3Add ice and shake again.
- 4Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
