Absinthe Frappé
A classic New Orleans cocktail made with absinthe, simple syrup, and soda water, served over crushed ice. Refreshing and anise-forward.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. absinthe
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 fl oz. soda water
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Directions
- 1Fill a glass with crushed ice.
- 2Pour absinthe and simple syrup over the ice.
- 3Top with soda water and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
