Aperol Sour

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. Aperol
• 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
• 1 whole egg white

Directions

1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
