Aperol Sour
A vibrant orange sour cocktail made with Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Aperol
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
