Apricot Sour
A bright, summery sour combining apricot brandy, fresh lemon juice, and a frothy egg white.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. apricot brandy
- 0.5 fl oz. bourbon
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with an apricot slice and lemon wheel.
