Beachcomber
A bright and citrusy rum cocktail with triple sec, lime juice, and a salted rim — a tiki classic.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. white rum
- 0.75 fl oz. triple sec
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. maraschino liqueur
Directions
- 1Rim a coupe glass with salt.
- 2Combine rum, triple sec, lime juice, and maraschino in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake until chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.
