Blackberry Sour

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. bourbon
• 1 fl oz. fresh blackberry puree
• 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Directions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice.
2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously until frothy.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon wheel.
