Blackberry Sour
A vibrant whiskey sour variation loaded with fresh blackberry puree and a foamy egg white crown.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 1 fl oz. fresh blackberry puree
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously until frothy.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon wheel.
