Bourbon Peach Smash
A summery cocktail made by smashing fresh peaches with bourbon, lemon juice, and mint.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 3 slices fresh peach
- 6 leaves fresh mint
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
Directions
- 1Muddle peach slices with mint and simple syrup in a shaker.
- 2Add bourbon and lemon juice with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- 4Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slice.
