Bourbon Peach Smash

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. bourbon
• 3 slices fresh peach
• 6 leaves fresh mint
• 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup

Directions

1. 1Muddle peach slices with mint and simple syrup in a shaker.
2. 2Add bourbon and lemon juice with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slice.
