Claret Cup
A Victorian-era wine punch made with red Bordeaux wine, brandy, orange curaçao, lemon, and fresh seasonal fruit.

Ingredients
- 4 fl oz. Bordeaux red wine (claret)
- 0.5 fl oz. brandy
- 0.25 fl oz. orange curaçao
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine wine, brandy, curaçao, lemon juice, and syrup in a large glass over ice.
- 2Stir gently to combine.
- 3Top with soda water.
- 4Garnish with seasonal fruit slices and a mint sprig.
