Claret Cup

Ingredients

• 4 fl oz. Bordeaux red wine (claret)
• 0.5 fl oz. brandy
• 0.25 fl oz. orange curaçao
• 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
• 2 fl oz. soda water

Directions

1. 1Combine wine, brandy, curaçao, lemon juice, and syrup in a large glass over ice.
2. 2Stir gently to combine.
3. 3Top with soda water.
4. 4Garnish with seasonal fruit slices and a mint sprig.
