Fig Sour

A rich autumn sour with bourbon, fresh fig puree, lemon juice, and a silky egg white foam.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Combine bourbon, fig puree, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
  2. 2Dry shake without ice to emulsify.
  3. 3Add ice and shake vigorously until frothy.
  4. 4Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a fig slice.
