Fitzgerald
A simple, pristine gin sour with lemon juice, simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura — deceptively elegant.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon wheel.
