French 75
A French 75 is a cocktail made from gin, Champagne, lemon juice, and sugar.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 fl oz. champagne
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake and strain into a champagne flute.
- 3Top with champagne.
- 4Garnish with lemon twist.
