Jungle Bird
The Jungle Bird is a tiki cocktail made with Campari, dark rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. It was created at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton in 1978.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. dark rum
- 0.75 fl oz. Campari
- 1.5 fl oz. pineapple juice
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and strain into a glass over ice.
- 3Garnish with pineapple wedge.
