Jungle Bird

The Jungle Bird is a tiki cocktail made with Campari, dark rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. It was created at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton in 1978.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 fl oz. dark rum
  • 0.75 fl oz. Campari
  • 1.5 fl oz. pineapple juice
  • 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup

Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake well and strain into a glass over ice.
  3. 3Garnish with pineapple wedge.
