Pear Collins
An autumnal twist on the Tom Collins using pear nectar and gin, topped with soda water for a long, refreshing seasonal cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. pear nectar
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine gin, pear nectar, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over ice.
- 3Top with soda water and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a pear slice and lemon wheel.
