Queen's Park Swizzle
A classic Trinidad cocktail from the Queen's Park Hotel, combining demerara rum with lime, mint, and Angostura bitters.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. demerara rum
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 8 leaves fresh mint
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Add mint, lime juice, and simple syrup to a Collins glass and press lightly.
- 2Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- 3Add rum and swizzle with a bar spoon or swizzle stick.
- 4Dash Angostura bitters on top and garnish with mint.
