Rosita
A sophisticated stirred tequila cocktail with both vermouths, Campari, and bitters — a tequila Negroni cousin.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. reposado tequila
- 0.5 fl oz. Campari
- 0.5 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 0.5 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine tequila, Campari, both vermouths, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
