Royal Fizz
A gin fizz enriched with a whole egg, making it silkier and more filling than the classic version.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and whole egg in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously without ice.
- 3Add ice and shake again until frothy.
- 4Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water.
