Rum Crusta
A rum riff on the Brandy Crusta with aged rum, curaçao, lemon, and a dramatic spiral lemon peel garnish.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. aged rum
- 0.5 fl oz. orange curaçao
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Rim a coupe with sugar.
- 2Combine rum, curaçao, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake until chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared coupe and drape a long spiral lemon peel over the rim.
