Rum Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. white rum
• 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
• 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
• 3 fl oz. soda water

Directions

1. 1Combine rum, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.
3. 3Top with soda water.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wedge.
