Rum Fizz
A refreshing tall drink made with rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and soda water.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. white rum
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 3 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine rum, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.
- 3Top with soda water.
- 4Garnish with a lime wedge.
