Rum Sour
A refreshing sour cocktail made with rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. aged rum
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
