Rum Sour

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. aged rum
• 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
• 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
• 1 whole egg white

Directions

1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white.
2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
