Scotch Sour
A smoky, lush sour with Scotch, fresh lemon juice, and egg white — complex and surprisingly silky.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. blended Scotch whisky
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine Scotch, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with a lemon wheel and Angostura bitters drops on the foam.
