Spiced Apple Sour
A cozy autumn sour blending bourbon, fresh apple juice, lemon, and warming spices with a frothy egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 1 fl oz. fresh apple juice
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. cinnamon syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously until frothy.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple fan.
