Spiced Pear Sour
A warming seasonal sour pairing rye whiskey with pear nectar, lemon, and cinnamon syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. rye whiskey
- 1 fl oz. pear nectar
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. cinnamon syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine rye, pear nectar, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously until frothy.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a pear slice and cinnamon stick.
