Three Dots and a Dash
Don the Beachcomber's WWII-era tiki cocktail named after the Morse code for 'V for Victory', combining rum with allspice, falernum, and citrus.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. aged rhum agricole
- 0.5 fl oz. aged Jamaican rum
- 0.5 fl oz. allspice dram
- 0.5 fl oz. falernum
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh orange juice
- 0.25 fl oz. honey syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a tiki mug over crushed ice.
- 4Garnish with three cherries (dots) and a pineapple chunk (dash).
