Waldorf

Ingredients

• 1.5 fl oz. rye whiskey
• 0.75 fl oz. sweet vermouth
• 0.5 fl oz. absinthe
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

1. 1Combine rye, sweet vermouth, absinthe, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
