Bourbon Fizz
A Southern twist on the gin fizz — bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and soda water.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a tall glass without ice.
- 4Top with soda water and serve immediately.
