Fog Cutter
A classic Trader Vic tiki cocktail with multiple spirits — rum, brandy, and gin — balanced with citrus and orgeat.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. white rum
- 0.5 fl oz. brandy
- 0.5 fl oz. gin
- 2 fl oz. fresh orange juice
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. orgeat
- 0.5 fl oz. sweet sherry
Directions
- 1Combine rum, brandy, gin, orange juice, lemon juice, and orgeat in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and pour into a large tiki mug.
- 3Float sweet sherry on top.
- 4Garnish with a mint sprig and fruit.
