Morning Glory Fizz
A reviving Scotch whisky fizz with egg white, lemon, and absinthe — traditionally served as a morning eye-opener.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Scotch whisky
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 tsp. absinthe
- 1 egg white
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine Scotch, lemon juice, simple syrup, absinthe, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake again vigorously.
- 3Strain into a tall glass without ice.
- 4Top with soda water and serve immediately.
