Silver Fizz

A classic gin fizz made with egg white instead of a whole egg, giving it a lighter, cloudlike foam.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
  2. 2Dry shake vigorously without ice.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again until very frothy.
  4. 4Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water.
