Silver Fizz
A classic gin fizz made with egg white instead of a whole egg, giving it a lighter, cloudlike foam.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake vigorously without ice.
- 3Add ice and shake again until very frothy.
- 4Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water.
