Tequila Fizz
A lively, egg white fizz with blanco tequila, lime, honey, and soda water — bright and frothy.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. blanco tequila
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine tequila, lime juice, honey syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a tall glass without ice.
- 4Top with soda water and serve immediately.
