A delicate and beautifully purple fizz combining gin, crème de violette, lemon juice, and egg white for a floral, frothy cocktail.

Directions

  1. 1Dry shake all ingredients except soda.
  2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. 3Strain into a Collins glass without ice.
  4. 4Top with soda water and garnish with an edible violet.
