Violet Fizz
A delicate and beautifully purple fizz combining gin, crème de violette, lemon juice, and egg white for a floral, frothy cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 0.5 fl oz. crème de violette
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. egg white
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients except soda.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a Collins glass without ice.
- 4Top with soda water and garnish with an edible violet.
